We are delighted to welcome Dr Longhorn back to the team. He is now feeling much better andwould like to thank everyone for their kind wishes.
We have tried late evening appointments and the general feedback has not been good. So now we are going to try something else.
As of April 2009, we will be open on Saturday mornings for routine, pre-booked appointments.
These appointments are not for urgent problems which will still be referred to the Out of Hours centre at Leighton Hospital.
The phone lines will still switch to out of hours on Saturdays and emergencies, ‘on the day’ problems and visit requests will not be dealt with by the surgery during extended hours, they will still be treated by the out of hours team.
Over the next few weeks you may notice some leaflets around the town regarding the proposed new building which will house both Middlewich practices as well as a host of other services. The leaflets give details of how to have your say regarding the project. We would welcome your feedback.
